ARM: The alarm system is armed, all detectors are ready for activation, should a dangerous condition occur (burglary, fire, gas leakage, etc.), the alarm is triggered immediately.

DISARM: All sensors are deactivated and will not be respond to any events.

STAY ARM: Partial arming of the alarm system when there are people at home, only some of the selected sensors are activated and could be triggered by events – EMERGENCY: Emergency button.
